Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Bookings
Full payment is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Guests must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time to avoid impacting other bookings.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a fee.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional changes will attract an administration fee of $60.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the booking will receive a credit only.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment.
