Guests with open wounds, rashes, or contagious illnesses are prohibited from using the spa facilities.

Individuals with health conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tubs , ice baths or saunas.

Always shower before entering the pool, hot tub, or sauna to maintain cleanliness.

We do not recommend bathing during pregnancy. You may enjoy dipping your feet in the springs, but fully immersing your body may raise your body temperature, which can be dangerous during pregnancy. We will ask you to sign a waiver on arrival if you are pregnant.

Quiet voices are encouraged to maintain a tranquil environment.

No running, diving, or horseplay in the pool area.

The minimum age is 18.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any indoor areas or near the pool or hot tub.

Spa staff reserve the right to ask individuals to leave if they are not following the rules.

Food and beverages are only permitted in spa areas and must be purchased on site.

BYO food and beverage is not permitted.
